NSM started manufacturing jukeboxes later than the American manufacturers,
but quickly dominated the jukebox industry.
By the late 1960s NSM had a world beating design with the carriage running
on parallel tracks to select the records and smoothly designed cabinets.

NSM was founded as an own production plant for jukeboxes by the general importer
of Seeburg jukeboxes LÖWEN-Automaten in 1952.
The name NSM comes from the three founder Nack, Schulze and Menke.
In 1971 Löwen Automaten Ltd. was founded to distribute NSM jukeboxes in England.
